HRES does not represent itself as legal counsel and disclaims all liability with regard to the accuracy and enforceability of any documents reviewed or actions taken based on the opinions expressed by HRES or its employees and contractors. It is the right and responsibility of each party to review all documents for accuracy and to engage their own legal counsel with questions before signing any legally binding document. Some members of our team may hold active real estate licenses. HRES operates strictly as a real estate transaction management service company and does not act as a real estate brokerage, nor does it represent clients in the purchase or sale of real estate. Client acknowledges, understand, and agree that HRES does not provide licensed real estate brokerage services and that all negotiations, contract drafting, and transactional representation are handled exclusively by the client or their licensed real estate professionals. Our compensation is provided through pre-agreed flat fees for property sourcing and support services only. Certain fees may become due only upon the successful closing of a transaction; however, such fees are not contingent upon price, terms, or negotiation outcomes and are not paid in lieu of or in substitution for licensed brokerage services.
