*Transaction Coordinator Assistant 

 The Transaction Coordinator Assistant supports the Transaction Coordinator team in managing real estate transactions from contract to close. This role is critical to ensuring accuracy, compliance, and smooth communication throughout the transaction process. No real estate license is required; however, previous experience in real estate, property management, or a related field is strongly preferred. Candidates must be familiar with real estate contracts, highly organized, deadline-driven, and able to manage multiple transactions simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the TC with reviewing and organizing contract documents for compliance.
  • Input transaction data into CRM and tracking systems.
  • Monitor and update timelines, key deadlines, and contingencies.
  • Communicate with agents, escrow officers, lenders, and clients under the direction of the TC. 
  • Prepare and organize files for closing. 
  • Perform general administrative support including scheduling, follow-up emails, and file auditing. 

Requirements:

  • Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new systems and platforms.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.

*Certified Transaction Coordinator 

 We are seeking an experienced, Certified Transaction Coordinator (CTC) to join our growing team. This role requires a high level of professionalism, independence, and expertise in managing real estate transactions from contract to close. The Certified Transaction Coordinator serves as a key partner to clients, ensuring every file is compliant, deadlines are met, and communication remains clear throughout the transaction lifecycle.


Key Responsibilities:

  •  Independently manage real estate transactions from contract to close with accuracy and compliance.
  • Review, organize, and maintain complete transaction files in accordance with brokerage, state, and federal requirements.
  • Monitor all contract deadlines, contingencies, and required disclosures to ensure timely completion. 
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for agents, escrow officers, title companies, attorneys, lenders, and other parties.
  • Proactively communicate transaction updates, missing items, and potential issues.
  • Maintain an organized digital workflow using transaction management systems and CRMs.
  • Identify and resolve issues that may delay closing while escalating concerns when necessary.

Requirements:

  •  Active real estate license (preferred but not required depending on jurisdiction). 
  • Minimum of 2 years of transaction coordination or real estate management experience.
  • Strong knowledge of real estate contracts, disclosures, and escrow processes.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment.
  • High level of professionalism, accountability, and confidentiality.

*Administrative & Digital Marketing Coordinator:

We are seeking a versatile Administrative and Digital Marketing Assistant, a detail-oriented, tech-savvy individual with a proactive, “can-do” attitude who thrives on continuous learning and growth.  This role supports Handy Real Estate Services ("Handy RES") by managing daily digital marketing project intake and coordination. You’ll play a hands-on role in executing and reporting on campaigns, including client email marketing, paid and organic social media calendars, content creation, and digital marketing initiatives for both our company and our real estate clients. Your primary areas of focus will be SEO, Google Ads, Instagram Marketing, LinkedIn Marketing, Facebook Marketing, TikTok Marketing, and Real Estate Industry Marketing.

This position is highly collaborative.  Beyond task execution, you’ll bring ideas that improve processes, increase efficiency, and elevate the team as a whole.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Posting and scheduling content across multiple client social media channels
  • Supporting campaign execution and performance tracking
  • Assisting with coordination of marketing projects and deliverables
  • Contributing to process improvements across the department



 


*All positions begin as 1099 independent contractor roles. Hours are not guaranteed and may vary based on workload, performance, and the individual’s ability to manage responsibilities, learn systems, and integrate effectively with our team and clientele.  We offer a 30-day introductory period designed for onboarding, training, and mutual evaluation. This period allows both parties to ensure the role is a strong fit before moving forward long-term.
