We compile, organize, and securely maintain all transaction-related documents in a structured digital system. This includes labeling, indexing, and maintaining version control to ensure all files are properly stored and easily accessible throughout the transaction process.
We facilitate administrative coordination of updates between parties involved in the transaction, including agents, lenders, title companies, inspectors, and appraisers, for the purpose of relaying status updates, scheduling information, and transaction progress. No negotiation or representation is provided.
We organize and securely store transaction documents in a digital archive system for post-closing reference. Files are retained for a defined period for administrative access and recordkeeping convenience after closing.
Rush Closing Fee: within 3 weeks - $350 | Extension of Closing Date: 8-30 calendar days - $150
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to initiate your file, with the remaining balance due at closing. If the transaction does not reach “clear to close,” the remaining balance will not be charged. The deposit is non-refundable, as services begin immediately upon file activation.
No deposit is required to initiate your file. The full fee is due and payable at closing and shall be disbursed directly from escrow proceeds. If the transaction does not reach “Clear to Close,” no fee shall be due. All compensation is earned and payable only upon closing.

We facilitate general introductions between property owners and real estate investors who may have mutual interest in real estate opportunities. When a transaction closes between independently connected parties, we may receive a referral fee.

Clients are solely responsible for reviewing all documents for accuracy and completeness prior to execution. Clients are encouraged to seek guidance from their own attorney, CPA, broker, or other licensed professionals regarding legal, tax, financial, or brokerage matters. Some individuals affiliated with HRES may also hold active real estate licenses. Any licensed real estate activities, including but not limited to buyer representation, seller representation, apartment locating, leasing services, property marketing, or brokerage negotiations, are conducted separately through the individual’s sponsoring brokerage and not through HRES. HRES compensation consists of pre-agreed administrative, transaction coordination, sourcing, and support service fees only. Fees are not based upon brokerage representation, commission-sharing, negotiation outcomes, or acting as a licensed real estate broker. Certain fees may become payable upon the successful closing of a transaction; however, such fees are for agreed administrative or support services and are not paid in exchange for licensed brokerage activities.
By utilizing HRES services, the client acknowledges that HRES acts solely in an independent administrative support capacity and that all brokerage representation, negotiations, legal review, and transactional decision-making remain the responsibility of the client and/or their licensed real estate professionals.
