Kelli Handy is the visionary behind Handy Real Estate Services, a division of Handy Investment Group Holdings LLC. (“H.I.G.H”). After witnessing too many solid real estate deals fall apart due to missed deadlines, miscommunication, and disorganized paperwork, Kelli recognized a critical gap in the industry—particularly for creative investors. She founded Handy RES to become the trusted solution investors rely on to get deals closed.

With over 19 years of hands-on real estate experience, Kelli brings unmatched insight and leadership to Handy RES. She personally oversees operations while managing a privately held commercial real estate portfolio and has partnered with third-party investors and property owners since 2012 to optimize their assets. As a licensed Realtor in Texas, Kelli offers clients an added layer of expertise and compliance assurance in every transaction.
